Jicon Works is in an expansive phase and is now seeking a driven, solution-oriented, and business-minded outside sales representative for our branch in Malmö. You will be based in Malmö and work with customers in Malmö and the surrounding Skåne region, with a focus on construction, industry, and property management.

About the Role
As an outside sales representative at Jicon Works, you are a key person in our customer development. You are responsible for the entire sales process: from prospecting and first contact to needs analysis, quotation, closing, and follow-up. A central part of the role is creating long-term customer relationships built on trust, good service, and strong product knowledge.
Your Tasks
Plan and conduct customer visits in line with agreed-upon customer visit targets.
Prospect and develop new customers as well as strengthen existing customer relationships.
Present Jicon Works' product range and find customized solutions for customers.
Follow up on sales results, budget, and profitability on a monthly basis.
Maintain ongoing customer contact via phone, email, meetings, and customer visits.
Work closely with colleagues at the branch to provide customers with the best possible service.
About You
We are looking for someone with sales experience, preferably within construction, industry, hardware retail, or related fields. You enjoy active sales, have a natural ability to build trust, and are motivated by targets, customer meetings, and deals. You are self-driven, organized, and business-minded, while also being a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to a strong team.
You have experience in B2B sales or other relevant sales experience.
You are comfortable in customer conversations and can drive deals from first contact to closing.
You have strong abilities to plan your time and work independently.
You speak Swedish fluently in both speech and writing.
You hold a valid B-class driver's license.
Meritorious: experience from construction, industry, property management, or hardware retail; an established contact network in Malmö/Skåne; and experience with CRM or business systems.
