Your tasks with us As an outdoor environment caretaker, you will be responsible, together with other colleagues in the group, for managing and developing Centrumbostäder's outdoor environments. The company has made major investments in its residential areas in recent years, which means you'll work in well-developed environments where good maintenance and great commitment are valued. The work is varied and follows the seasons. Your tasks include: Ongoing maintenance and care of outdoor environments Care and development of green areas, plantings, and shared outdoor spaces Responsibility for waste management in the residential areas Snow removal and participation in snow clearing rounds during winter season You will regularly meet residents in your work and become an important representative for Centrumbostäder in the residential areas. You will be part of an outdoor environment team consisting of six people, where you work together and share responsibility for all areas. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in similar work within, for example, property maintenance, gardening, or outdoor environments. You have good practical knowledge and feel confident independently seeing what needs to be done, while also appreciating working closely with others. As a person, you are ambitious, responsible, and willing to pitch in where needed. You enjoy physical outdoor work regardless of season and are not afraid to get dirty. Since the role involves many interactions with residents, it's also important that you are service-oriented, communicative, and have a friendly demeanor. For this position, you need: Experience in similar work Class B driving license Very good Swedish language skills Basic digital proficiency, for example with email and smartphone Ability to participate in snow clearing rounds some weekends during winter season Gardening education or other relevant training is a merit, as are skills in other languages. Since the position includes snow clearing rounds, we prefer that you live in Skara or within a reasonable commuting distance. What we offer you...
