Are a qualified training director and meet the Transport Agency's requirements for the role.
Are a positive, engaged, and communicative person who finds it easy to create and develop relationships.
Have a strong drive and genuine interest in contributing to people's development and success.
Thrive in a team-oriented work environment and have good collaboration skills.
Speak and write Swedish fluently. Knowledge of additional languages is a merit.
Have good organizational skills and an interest in quality and operational development.
About the role
As a training director, you have a central role in the operations and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring quality in driving education.
Your main tasks include:
Plan, lead, and develop educational activities in accordance with applicable regulations and quality requirements.
Take responsibility for training planning, course structure, and follow-up of students' educational progress.
Support and collaborate with driving instructors to ensure high and consistent training quality.
Work closely with the school's management and administrative staff to develop the operations.
Ensure that students receive a structured and efficient training plan up to obtaining their driver's license.
Follow up on results, routines, and quality work and strive for continuous improvements.
