As an education leader with us, you will work with education programs in healthcare and care within the Vocational Higher School. About the Position Education Management: Planning, scheduling, student recruitment, following process descriptions and quality management systems, environmental monitoring, industry contacts, management group work, and work placement procurement. Administrative tasks: Grade reporting, managing contact with authorities, and administering our student platform. Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who, together with the responsible teachers, can drive our education programs forward. You are knowledgeable in the industry, either through work experience, studies, or personal interest. You work independently and proactively in close collaboration with other colleagues. You have upper secondary education You have very good IT skills and easily learn new systems You are an experienced school administrator You are an experienced communicator, both verbally and in writing You are driven, responsible, self-directed, and flexible You are outgoing, enjoy speaking in front of people, and building new contacts You have experience from vocational higher education Education leader training Meritorious Experience working as an education leader within Vocational Higher School Our Recruitment Process We strive for diversity regarding gender, age, and cultural background. Other Information Start Date By agreement Work Location Stockholm Scope Full-time Employment Type This is a permanent position with a mandatory 6-month probationary period. Travel is included in the position approximately 3 times/month – overnight stays occur. Travel is related to teaching at other locations and meetings within the organization.
