We are now seeking an Education Manager for our vocational and higher education programs. This position is a fixed-term employment from autumn 2026 through 2027 with the possibility of extension. An Education Manager should be skilled in both administration and communication. The position includes substantial administrative tasks as well as extensive contact with students, teachers/consultants, and employers within relevant industries. Duties Serve as Education Manager for 2-3 of our programs Educational administration and planning for the relevant programs Planning and management of exams and other assessments Scheduling Reporting to higher education institutions and authorities Evaluation and follow-up of relevant programs Management group work for the relevant programs Development conversations with students Recruitment of students Qualifications The work requires a patient, flexible, and service-oriented person. As an Education Manager, you will be central to coordinating the relevant programs with many different contact points. We seek someone with experience in educational activities. You have relevant post-secondary education. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of the Office suite. Several of our programs are hybrid, so experience with distance learning and general technical interest are viewed positively. As a person, you are responsible, collaborative, and solution-focused. You are thorough, organized, and independent. You are a responsive and trustworthy relationship builder who gets things done.
