Professional Development (PU) within the medical program aims to develop, in a structured and progressive manner from semester 1 to 12, tools for, knowledge of, and skills within professional development. PU also conducts research in this field. PU is part of the Surgery and Oncology Unit at the Department of Clinical Science, Intervention and Technology (CLINTEC). We are now seeking an Education Administrator for the unit. Your Role As an Education Administrator, your responsibilities will be varied and include: Assist with planning and implementation of courses, examinations, and course evaluations Responsible for room bookings, scheduling, and updating course websites Coordinate contacts between teachers, students, and other institutions Responsible for registration and reporting in the Ladok system Publish and update information on course websites The work also involves other general administrative tasks within the unit's operations, such as procurement, ordering, and salary and invoice management. The work content may evolve and change over time based on the unit's needs and competencies. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in similar administrative work, preferably at a university or college, or with relevant higher education. The work involves a combination of independent and administrative tasks that require attention to detail, flexibility, and planning abilities. We are seeking someone with a service mindset and strong organizational and prioritization skills. You have excellent collaboration abilities and can independently drive your work forward. You should also be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with Ladok, Canvas, Drupal, or the Placement Portal is considered a merit. In assessing applicants, we will place particular emphasis on personal qualities.
