Training and Exercise Manager FOR THE RESCUE SERVICE – ÖCKERÖ MUNICIPALITY Would you like to work in an important community service in the middle of the archipelago? The Rescue Service in Öckerö municipality is now seeking a full-time Training and Exercise Manager who wants to contribute to making our operations function efficiently and professionally. ABOUT THE POSITION As a training and exercise manager with us, you have a central role in daily operations. You support management and operational staff and help create structure and good service throughout the organization. The work is varied and requires both independence and strong collaboration skills. Training outside regular working hours will occur. We operate two RIB stations and five Värn stations with 90 people in our operational capacity. JOB DESCRIPTION · Training plan for RIB · Annual exercise plan for Värn · Competence assurance · Coordination of instructors · Practical exercises · Documentation · Competency follow-up · Introduction of new personnel · External training · MCF-related training YOUR BACKGROUND · Experience from rescue service in municipal operations · Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems · Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written · High school education, preferably with a technical focus · Leadership Course 2/Incident Commander training from MSB/MCF as required by the position to be on standby every 4th week as an Incident Commander MERITS · Experience from municipal rescue service in both administration and operations · Experience with personnel systems such as Daedalos and/or human resources administrative systems PERSONAL QUALITIES We are looking for someone who is well-organized, thorough, and service-oriented. You collaborate easily, are flexible, and can manage periods with high workload.
