Step 1 - Training: Experis Academy's System Security Training Experis Academy and our partner offer you a position that begins with intensive training in system security, followed by consulting assignments and specialization in this field in Örebro. Experis Academy is part of the consulting firm Experis. Our training programs have grown and developed throughout Europe over the years. We focus heavily on coaching to enable our employees to complement their technical skills with soft skills. Employment begins with intensive training delivered by Experis Academy. After completing the training, all participating employees will begin work as consultants with our partner in the defense industry, which we refer to below as the specialization period. Step 2 - Specialization Period: The Role of System Safety Engineer As a System Safety Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that technical systems are approved in accordance with standards. You will work closely with colleagues and project teams, collectively working to develop and maintain our partner's product portfolio. Among other things, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple disciplines, such as mechanics, electronics, procurement, and production, which will give you a broad network. Your role extends beyond identifying risks; you will be responsible for analyzing and minimizing system risks to prevent potential accidents that could cause harm to people, property, or the environment. These analyses cover the entire system lifecycle, meaning you will work with hardware, software, and interaction with users and other external systems. This also means you will dive deep into analyses, risk assessments, documentation, quality assurance, and development.
