Through Experis Academy, you'll receive paid training starting in November, followed by a 12-month specialization period with our partner in the defense industry in Gothenburg. Help create a safer world As a flight safety engineer, you'll be part of a team working to ensure that technical systems meet high requirements for safety, function, and reliability. Step 1 - Paid training through Experis Academy The program begins with intensive training in flight safety. The training takes place in Gothenburg and provides you with: Fundamental and advanced knowledge of flight safety Introduction to regulations, standards, and certification processes Training in risk analysis, requirements management, and safety assurance Coaching and support to develop both technical and soft skills Experis Academy is part of Experis and ManpowerGroup, and our training programs have been developed across Europe. You are employed from day one and receive a salary throughout the training period. Here you'll apply your knowledge in practice and develop in your role as a flight safety engineer. As a flight safety engineer, you'll work with: Conducting and driving risk analyses Developing and reviewing safety arguments and evidence Ensuring traceability between requirements, design, and verification Working with documentation related to flight safety assurance and certification Participating in technical forums and collaborating with experts across multiple disciplines Quality-assuring systems from a flight safety perspective You'll follow the system's entire lifecycle—from early concepts and design, through verification and validation, to final approval. The role is analytical, structured, and technically broad, giving you the opportunity to develop into a specialist in an area where your contribution makes a direct difference. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who wants to understand how systems work in depth.
