About Kraftplan
Kraftplan is a knowledge-intensive development partner in HR, leadership, and organizational development. Since 2014, we have supported managers, leadership teams, and organizations with recruitment, leadership development, HR support, change management, and operations development. We work from the conviction that organizations need balance, collaboration, and clear direction to be sustainable over time.
We currently have approximately 17 employees and continue to grow together with our customers in Dalarna, Gävleborg, Mälardalen, and throughout Sweden.
About the Role
As an operations developer with us, you work closely with our customers to develop their organization, leadership, and way of working. You become an important advisor and partner who helps organizations move from strategy to implementation.
Depending on your experience and profile, assignments can include operations and organizational development, strategy work and change management, leadership team development, leadership development, workplace environment assessments, analyses and investigations, as well as support to managers and leaders in development and change work. You will work both independently and together with colleagues on assignments where high quality, customer value, and long-term relationships are in focus.
We're Looking for You
We believe you have experience driving development and change work in complex organizations and that you thrive in the role of mentor and educator. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
Academic education in, for example, operations development, organization, HR, leadership, or equivalent.
Several years of experience in operations development, change management, or organizational development
Good understanding of leadership, culture, and organizational processes
Ability to build trust with managers, leadership teams, and employees
Strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
Good experience leading workshops and development initiatives
It is advantageous if you have experience from consulting and/or previous work in a leadership position. A valid driver's license is required.

Placement
Placement in Västerås or by agreement. Travel within Västmanland, Dalarna, and occasionally other parts of Sweden occurs.
