Now we are seeking certified swim instructors who want to join our team during the fall semester 2026 (weeks 36–51). About the Position As a swim instructor at Mermaid Swim School, you are responsible for: Planning and delivering swimming instruction according to our pedagogy. Creating a safe, secure, and inspiring learning environment. Motivating and developing participants at different levels. Contributing to a positive work climate together with your colleagues. Being an important role model who spreads swimming joy and water confidence. We offer instruction for both children and adults and work with small groups where quality and individual development are in focus. About You You have a valid swim instructor certification or equivalent. You are confident and secure in the pool environment. You have a professional and pedagogical approach. You enjoy working with people of different ages and backgrounds. You can work evenings and/or weekends during the fall semester 2026. Previous experience as a swim instructor is a merit, but we also place great emphasis on commitment, responsibility, and personal suitability.
