Work Duties As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people with different needs and no two days are the same. You plan and implement care services based on each individual's needs and work to create security, participation, and quality of life. The work includes, among other things: providing care and support in daily life in the individual's home, working independently and planning your work shift, cooperating with colleagues, clients' relatives, and other professionals, which includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks from authorized personnel, being the primary care contact for a number of clients, documenting and following up on services according to applicable routines. The work involves travel between clients, both in urban and rural areas. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nursing assistant and who enjoys working close to people. You are confident in your professional role, have good conduct, and see each person as unique. You work independently, take responsibility for your assignment, and at the same time find it easy to collaborate with others. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and can handle a sometimes high work pace. For you, it is natural to contribute to a good work community where we help and support each other. Requirements You are a trained nursing assistant with a professional title. You have a class B driver's license. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You have good digital skills because documentation is a natural part of the work. You will work varying hours: day, evening, and every other weekend. Meritorious You have experience working in home care or elderly care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A police clearance certificate will be requested.
