Nursing Assistant needed for a fun and social young woman in Karlstad! We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and want to be part of a safe and dedicated team around a young woman with a big heart and a sparkle in her eye. She lives in her own nice apartment and is looking for you who wants to become part of her everyday life – a reliable and helpful friend who supports her in living a rich and independent life. About the Role As an assistant, you will be her support in all aspects of daily life. She has epilepsy and is tracheostomized, uses a cough machine and a PEG feeding tube. Your work tasks will be both medical and everyday-related—everything from monitoring breathing, using the cough machine, tube feeding via PEG, to being her arms and legs. But equally important is being her voice, which means you must be able to write and speak Swedish fluently as we document the client's daily life. You who are applying are welcome to enjoy being social and are flexible – your presence will be an important part of her security and joy in everyday life. Who Are You We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience with tracheostomy care, cough machine, and PEG feeding. You have a big heart and a calm and empathetic manner. You are attentive, can take your own initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere in the home. You are smoke-free! Personal chemistry is also important, so we are looking for you who is positive, patient, and who look forward to becoming a meaningful part of our client's life.
