Use Case Lead in PLM for Siemens Energy

Your Responsibilities We are now looking for you to take on a key role as Use Case Lead within PLM360, with experience driving business requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and bringing structure to complex development programs. In this role, you will serve as the business representative within one or more PLM capability areas where internal resources are limited. You will ensure that business needs are captured, documented, prioritized, and delivered throughout the development process, from requirements definition to implementation and business rollout. Your Areas of Responsibility: Lead the collection and documentation of business requirements and maintain User Stories and functional requirements in Jira Own and prioritize the backlog for your use case or component area, and translate business strategy into clear sprint goals Coordinate cross-functional experts, solution architects, and business representatives Identify gaps between current ways of working and the future PLM solution, and drive efforts to close these gaps Collaborate with the business to define effective and sustainable ways of working Ensure that delivered functionality meets business needs through validation, testing support, and UAT Represent your area of responsibility in design reviews, dependency discussions, and coordination meetings Identify needs related to data migration Support business rollout through Show & Tell sessions, sandbox testing, and training initiatives Your Profile We are looking for someone with: Documented experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in areas such as Engineering, Operations, or Quality Experience identifying User Stories, functional requirements, and business processes Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business requirements Experience with test leadership, validation, and UAT Experience with PLM solutions, preferably Teamcenter Background in product development, engineering, or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and preferably digital thread concepts Application Process This position is initially a consulting assignment through us at Skill.
