REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum secondary technical education with a school-leaving examination (building or technical specialization preferred), • Fulfillment of prerequisites according to § 4 subsection 1 of Act No. 312/2002 Sb., on Municipal Office Officials, • Knowledge particularly of the following laws: Act No. 134/2016 Sb., on Public Procurement, Act No. 283/2021 Sb., Building Code, and Act No. 128/2000 Sb., on Municipalities, • Communication skills, attention to detail and responsibility, excellent knowledge of computer work, • Preferred - experience in the same or similar position, knowledge of budget processing and construction calculations, familiarity with technical documentation, Class B driver's license with driving experience.
