Description:

We require: • Secondary education with final examination (maturita) • Professional experience as defined in § 5 of Act No. 420/2004 Coll., on the examination of financial management of territorial self-governing units and voluntary associations of municipalities • Basic knowledge of public administration, in particular knowledge of Act No. 129/2000 Coll., on regions (regional arrangement), as amended, and Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities (municipal arrangement), as amended • Knowledge of Act No. 420/2004 Coll., on the examination of financial management of territorial self-governing units and voluntary associations of municipalities, and Act No. 250/2000 Coll., on budget rules for territorial budgets, as amended • Knowledge of accounting for territorial self-governing units and their contributory organizations • Logical and creative thinking, analytical skills • Independent and responsible approach to work tasks, ability to learn new things, sense of teamwork, good communication skills • Good user knowledge of standard office software (MS Office, Internet) • Driver's license category "B", ability and willingness to operate official motor vehicles in performing assigned work activities Advantages: • University degree in economics • Special professional qualification for performing administrative activities related to financial management of territorial self-governing units and their examination • Practical experience in audit activities or internal auditing in public administration or in examining municipal financial management We offer: • Perspective position, support from a stable organization, employment contract for an indefinite period • Start of employment possible after completion of the selection process • Full-time position • Salary grade 11, salary conditions according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions of employees in public services and administration, as amended, with potential use of guaranteed salary • Appropriate financial compensation, possibility of supra-tariff and extraordinary salary components • Continuous support for professional and personal development, assistance with onboarding • Supportive working conditions and diverse benefits program (personal accounts, sick days, meal allowance, pension insurance contribution, etc.) • Communication with municipalities during frequent business travel You can respond to this selection process no later than August 20, 2026 by 12:00 noon.
