As a property maintenance worker in outdoor maintenance, you will manage and maintain outdoor environments, which increases tenant satisfaction in our residential areas. Examples of work tasks include: - maintenance of green spaces - trimming of bushes and plants - snow removal - waste management In your role, you are responsible for one or several residential areas, which gives you great freedom to independently plan your work. You will work mostly independently but are also part of a work team, and we help each other in our respective areas when needed. Cleaning of stairwells, waste rooms, and common areas may also be part of your duties. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: - Has completed upper secondary education. If you have a qualification in property maintenance, that is a merit. - Has previous experience with similar work tasks and is experienced with operating and using machinery. - Holds a B-class driver's license - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written As a property maintenance worker, you will be Uppsalahem's face to the public. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of service and the ability to recognize and meet our tenants' needs. We see that you are conscientious and take your assignment seriously.
