Your Assignment With Us Uppasalahem's Maintenance Unit is in an exciting development phase and is now seeking additional project managers who can drive our maintenance projects. In your role as a maintenance project manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects in our existing residential portfolio, from project planning through completion and handover. Projects vary in scope and content, but often consist of maintenance measures within individual technical areas such as roofing, windows, facades, relining, installations, or other planned maintenance initiatives. You will manage multiple projects in parallel and have overall responsibility for the projects' budget, schedule, quality, and execution. You will work closely with property managers, contractors, consultants, and other internal functions to ensure that projects are carried out in a business-like, efficient, and sustainable manner. Many of our projects are executed with tenants remaining in their homes, which requires careful planning, communication, and coordination. Your Primary Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously Coordinate project teams, internal functions, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders Take responsibility for project execution according to established goals for quality, budget, and schedule Participate in procurements together with Uppsalahem's Purchasing Unit Work according to Uppsalahem's project process and contribute to the development of common working methods Who Are You? You have experience from the construction and/or real estate industry and enjoy taking responsibility, coordinating different parties, and driving matters forward. Perhaps you work as a project manager today, or you have experience from a related role and want to develop further within project management. Regardless of background, you have a structured working approach, good collaboration skills, and an interest in achieving results through others. You are business-minded, solution-oriented, and confident in dialogue with both contractors and internal clients. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and build trust through clear communication and a professional approach. You appreciate the variety that comes with working on multiple projects in parallel and have the ability to quickly switch between different issues and project phases. The Maintenance Unit is in a development phase where working methods, roles, and processes continue to evolve. We Are Looking for Someone With: University/college education in construction, real estate, civil engineering, or similar field Several years of experience from the construction or real estate industry Experience with procurement and work according to AB/ABT standards, preferably also LOU Good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written Driver's License Category B Meritorious: Experience working with occupants in maintenance projects and having worked within municipal or public sector operations.
