About the Role As a procurement specialist with us, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing procurements as well as developing our purchasing processes. You work closely with operations managers and specialists and become an important support in matters related to procurement, contracts, and business practices. The role is independent and varied, with many internal and external contact points. You drive procurements from needs analysis to completed contract and also follow up to ensure our agreements deliver the desired results. Examples of Tasks - Plan, lead, and execute procurements in accordance with LOU and LUF. - Prepare and conduct negotiations. - Establish, manage, and follow up on contracts. - Support operations with procurement and contract matters. - Participate in developing purchasing strategies and methods. - Drive and coordinate procurement projects together with operations. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: - Relevant university or vocational higher education in procurement, purchasing, economics, law, or equivalent. - Experience in procurement. - Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Meritorious - Experience with public procurement under LOU and/or LUF. - Experience with construction procurement. - Experience in project management. - Negotiation experience. - Experience in category management or strategic purchasing.
