Your Assignment
As a procurement officer at the municipal management office, you ensure that procurements are carried out professionally and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and policies. You independently drive both municipality-wide and activity-specific procurements of goods and services in close collaboration with the activities and colleagues in the unit.
- Project lead and conduct procurements of goods and services
- Take responsibility for the entire process from needs and market analysis to contract
- Implement, manage and follow up contracts in active dialogue with suppliers
- Follow up on the effects of procurements, for example cost, quality and delivery
- Support and train the organization on how to use contracts
Your Experience
You are confident in the procurement role and accustomed to driving processes independently. You have a good understanding of business, the regulatory framework and how to balance the organization's needs with market conditions.
- At least three years of experience as a procurement officer
- At least two years of experience in public procurement according to LOU
- Accustomed to driving procurements from needs analysis to contract and follow-up
- Academic education in, for example, economics, law, purchasing or procurement, or equivalent experience
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing
Meritorious:
- Experience in contract management and contract follow-up
- Experience with IT procurements

Salary between 42 000 and 55 000 depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on an overall assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and in which area you have worked previously.
