We offer a permanent employment in a role where you have the opportunity to develop long-term with us.

We are looking for you who have:
• Relevant education from a university, college, or vocational institution in procurement, purchasing, or another area that the employer deems equivalent.

• Experience with qualified procurement work.
• Experience from municipal or other public sector activities.
• Experience in procurement within, for example, IT, food, construction, or other complex purchasing areas.

Previous experience in public procurement is a merit, but we also welcome you who have relevant education and the right personal qualities and who want to develop in the role together with us.
Employment Type: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: Start by agreement.
Personal qualities are very important to us. We are a small unit where collaboration, trust, and unpretentiousness are crucial for us to succeed together. We are therefore looking for you who are service-oriented, have an easy time building trusting relationships, and enjoy working with people with different perspectives and competencies. You are responsive, professional in your approach, and contribute to a positive work environment.
You work independently, take responsibility for your assignments, and drive your processes forward in a structured manner. At the same time, you have the ability to look up, see the big picture, and understand how procurement contributes to the operations' and the municipality's long-term development.
We also believe you have good financial awareness and a professional approach to business. You see the value of using the municipality's resources in the best way and can weigh quality, cost, efficiency, and sustainability against each other.
As a person, you are secure, stable, and professional. You have good self-awareness, act in ways that are adapted to the situation, and handle challenges in a constructive manner.
We believe that long-term success in the role is built as much on collaboration skills, engagement, and personal maturity as on previous experience in procurement.
