The Procurement Section for Real Estate and IT is part of the Procurement Unit, which is tasked with developing, managing, and coordinating the agency's procurement. The Procurement Unit also provides legal support and advice on procurement and contract matters related to procurements, and is responsible for contract follow-up and developing the agency's e-commerce. The Procurement Section for Real Estate and IT is responsible for conducting procurements and following up on contracts within the Real Estate and IT areas. Job Description As a procurement specialist at Kriminalvården, you are responsible for planning, developing strategies, and conducting procurements throughout the entire procurement process, from needs and market analysis to requests for quotations, evaluation, negotiation, and contract follow-up. Procurements are often conducted in project form, where you as a procurement specialist may serve as project manager and work closely with representatives from Kriminalvården's operations. You will also provide qualified support to other operations on procurement and contract matters, and be responsible for supplier relationships. The work situation is often complex and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, as well as keeping yourself updated on external developments and new legislation. We are now seeking a procurement specialist with a focus on IT for the Procurement Section for Real Estate and IT. We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education with a focus on procurement, purchasing, economics, or law, or alternatively other education combined with experience that the employer deems relevant Practical experience in conducting procurements in all parts of the procurement process Experience with electronic procurement tools such as TendSign or similar Experience in purchasing and procurement Experience in setting and formulating the right requirements based on needs Very good data and system skills and good knowledge of the MS Office package Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish It is also advantageous to have: Experience in business negotiations and purchasing and financial analyses Experience in category-driven procurement work Experience working in project form Experience from work in public sector operations Good knowledge of public procurement (LOU) and other legislation related to this area Other Information Kriminalvården has chosen to remove the personal letter and replace it with selection questions that are relevant to the position.
