Would you like to work with procurement on projects where preparation, structure, and business acumen are critical? In this role, you are responsible for procurements within construction and investments, working closely with project managers and specialists throughout the entire process.
Your Assignment
You are responsible for the entire procurement process, from early needs analysis and market dialogue to contracts and follow-up. The focus is on construction contracts, technical consultants, and investment projects where quality in the preparatory work is essential.
- Plan and conduct procurements for construction projects/contracts, consultants, and investments
- Develop procurement documents and tender specifications
- Provide legal and business support to the project organization
- Work with market analysis and conduct market dialogue
- Evaluate bids and conduct negotiations when appropriate
- Establish and quality assure contracts
- Handle inquiries during the tender period and requests for public documents
- Follow up on contracts and work with supplier development
- Contribute to the development of working methods, templates, and routines
- Ensure requirements within sustainability, climate, and social considerations
Your Experience
You have experience in public procurement and are comfortable driving processes independently, preferably within construction or investments.
- Academic degree in law, economics, engineering, social sciences, or equivalent
- Experience with procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act)
- Experience with procurement of investment projects, contracts, and technical consultants
- Knowledge of contract forms and standard agreements such as AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious
- Experience from the public sector
- Experience with projects in real estate or infrastructure development
- Familiarity with electronic procurement systems
- Knowledge of sustainable procurement and climate requirements

Other Information
We will hold initial interviews on August 19-21 and appreciate if you plan your availability accordingly.
Salary between 52,000 and 59,000 depending on experience and responsibility. The final salary is determined individually and is based on an overall assessment of your educational background, previous experience, and the areas in which you have previously worked.
