Then this might be something for you. We are now looking for a senior procurement officer to our purchasing unit. About the role At SISAB, you will work in a company of societal importance with a clear mission. As a leading player in school facilities, we create sustainable, safe and long-term educational environments for Stockholm's children and young people. As a procurement officer, you will have a broad role as both an expert, strategist and support function. You work primarily with several category-divided procurements in parallel where you lead working groups for each procurement, but you also work strategically with the development of procurement and purchasing issues while acting in a supporting role regarding, for example, contract monitoring. Examples of other tasks include: Conduct new competitive tenders Establish and manage dynamic purchasing systems Develop purchasing strategies Inform and train internally on rules and application within the field of procurement and construction law as well as new/amended agreements Conduct needs and market analysis Responsible for market dialogue You will become an important part of a cohesive and committed team consisting of a unit manager, seven procurement officers, contract controller, purchasing controller, contract lawyer and administrator. You have contact points throughout the company and support the business with procurement issues. We are currently located in Palmfelt Center in the Globen area and are moving in September 2026 to new premises next to Luma Park, Hammarby Sjöstad. The work is mainly based from the office. The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month trial period. Desired start as soon as possible, taking into account any notice period. Who are you? We are looking for you who: Have several years of experience as a procurement officer in public administration/companies. Have education in procurement and construction law or higher education in a relevant field, such as law, economics. Alternatively, corresponding work experience. It is meritorious if you have experience with category-driven procurement work in the construction and real estate industry with good knowledge of AB, ABT, ABFF, ABK and LOU. You are used to having an actively leading role, where you drive and coordinate the procurement process forward, while you are analytical, thorough and structured. You can handle multiple tasks in parallel. You are engaged and work methodically but can also make quick decisions when required. You have the ability to find solutions to business-related problems based on the company's needs in a creative and constructive way.
