We are now looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager – either with several years of experience in MEP engineering or someone already working as a project manager. As a project manager, you will have an important role in projects within Hospitals, High-Security Facilities, Defense, and Infrastructure. You lead the engineering work, coordinate technical disciplines, ensure quality, and serve as a central contact with the client. You drive development within digital engineering, BIM, and AI support, and work strategically with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions. Here you will have significant influence over technical choices, system design, and the overall direction of projects. Possible locations for the role are in Gävle, Stockholm, Uppsala, or Enköping. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home certain days. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident in their technical expertise and motivated by responsibility, leadership, and client-focused work. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Degree as an MEP engineer, energy engineer, or equivalent education Several years of experience in HVAC/MEP engineering or experience as a project manager Solid knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling technology, and energy efficiency Experience with MagiCAD (AutoCAD or Revit) Very good understanding of AMA, BBR, and industry standards Ability to coordinate technical disciplines and lead engineering work Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, to meet our clients' needs Meritorious: Experience with hospital projects, defense facilities, or assignments with the Swedish Fortifications Agency Experience working in security-classified environments Knowledge of LEED/BREEAM or other sustainability certifications Experience working with operations, maintenance, inspections, or troubleshooting Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive new working methods We believe you are analytical, structured, and communicative, with the ability to lead both people and technology toward high-quality results.
