About the Assignment
We are now seeking an experienced Assignment Manager for an exciting assignment in Sundsvall. The role is central to implementing the EU's new anti-money laundering regulations (AMLR and AMLD6), which entails extensive changes within organization, working methods, processes, and responsibilities.
As Assignment Manager, you are responsible for leading the operational establishment related to the new legislation and ensuring that the change is implemented in a structured, anchored, and sustainable manner. You will be an important support to operational owners and line managers by contributing structure, methodology, and change management from planning to implementation.
You will work closely with operations, program management, and various stakeholders within the agency. The assignment may also be expanded to include additional operational development within the agency's crime prevention activities.
Work Tasks
In this role, you will, among other things:
Lead and coordinate operational establishment related to the implementation of new legislation.
Take responsibility for assignment delivery, including developing roadmaps, delivery plans, and resource and competency planning.
Support and coach operational owners, line managers, and process owners in the change work.
Ensure that new working methods, processes, and roles are implemented and become long-term sustainable.
Identify and manage organizational risks and create conditions for successful change work.
Collaborate across multiple departments and drive change according to the agency's change management process.
Participate in program management and continuously report status, progress, and any deviations.
Work in an agile environment with inspiration from SAFe and contribute to a value-creating working method.

Location: Sundsvall, with the possibility of up to approximately 40% remote work when operations permit and the client determines that the assignment is suitable for it

About You
We are seeking someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:
At least 5 years of experience leading operational development and change work.
Very good communication skills in Swedish.
Experience coordinating complex assignments with many stakeholders.
It is meritorious if you also meet the following requirements:
High or very high expertise within the assignment area.
Experience with operational establishment in the public sector.
Experience with change management according to established methods.
Experience with agile working methods and preferably SAFe.
Experience with project or program management in larger organizations.
Desired Personal Qualities
