In this role, you will be a key player in developing the vehicles of the future and will be responsible for driving development from the early concept phase all the way through to series production. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating product development through the entire product development process – from project start to production launch as well as during changes and improvements during ongoing series production. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders where you lead cross-functional teams and ensure that project goals are achieved regarding: Function and performance Quality Schedule Technical solution Cost Qualifications We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and driven by translating technical challenges into successful solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a natural ability to create engagement and momentum in cross-functional teams. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Experience in product development within the automotive industry Strong experience in project management and coordination of cross-functional teams Ability to independently drive development activities and make well-founded decisions Very good communication skills in English Additional Information Welcome to submit your application.
