Procurement Consultant

We are now seeking a senior consultant in procurement for an exciting development assignment in a socially important and technology-intensive organization. The assignment involves structuring, developing, and future-proofing the procurement function in a complex organization where multiple companies collaborate. The focus is on creating clearer processes, strengthening governance, and contributing to a more sustainable and efficient procurement organization. In this role, you will, among other things, map and analyze existing procurement processes, develop structure and guidelines for procurement, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support work on systems and integrations related to procurement and maintenance. The assignment also includes advisory services regarding future procurement in the organization and change management in an operation where changes need to occur gradually and with good organizational alignment. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with solid experience in both strategic and operational procurement, as well as experience building or developing procurement functions. You are comfortable working in complex organizations and thrive in roles where you need to combine strategy with an operational and pragmatic approach. It is a merit if you have experience with public procurement (LOU), procurement systems, digitalization, or operations in water/sewage, energy, infrastructure, or other technical environments. As a person, you are calm and confident, clear in your communication and relationship-building, with the ability to create structure and drive change while maintaining operational alignment. The assignment is initially in project form, under 1 year but may develop over time. Hybrid work is applied at the workplace. This will be a consulting position at 100% where you will be employed by us, Boss Business Partner.
