Then you might be our next Project Manager HVAC Consultant! Your New Position You will become part of the Building Services South unit, which consists of approximately 40 employees. We are part of our global Service Line, Industry and Infrastructure Facilities, where we primarily work with large projects in industry, infrastructure, and water treatment facilities – often in multidisciplinary teams. Our organizational structure enables close collaboration across areas of expertise and national borders, so we can mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – regardless of where it exists in the organization. In your role as Project Manager HVAC Consultant, you will drive and be responsible for HVAC technical installations in large projects from start to finish and ensure that both the client's requirements and our internal quality standards are met. You will have a central and coordinating role where you combine technical expertise with leadership and business acumen. Examples of Responsibilities: Manage assignments of varying size and complexity Coordinate, lead, and allocate resources and tasks Establish and deepen client relationships and create new business opportunities with both existing and new customers Contribute to knowledge transfer within the team and business unit Contribute to technical development and innovative solutions in assignments. About You Several years of experience in the consulting industry within HVAC, including experience in the role of Project Manager/Technical Manager within HVAC The ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners Commitment and drive to move projects forward Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and innovation Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English Interest in developing our collaboration with colleagues both in Sweden and globally.
