About Unika Sporredsvägen 24 Sporredsvägen 24 is a group housing facility specializing in support for a unique functional variation called PWS. The facility launched in spring and will be expanding our staff team by fall. The group home has 6 apartments for adults over 18 years old, accommodating both men and women. Sporredsvägen 24 is located in a wonderfully peaceful and calm environment in Kållered, yet only a 10-minute walk from public transportation. About the Role of Support Assistant As a support assistant, you will provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support residents in their daily routines and activities based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as your starting point. We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, drawing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for residents to achieve as much independence as possible and live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work using clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal interaction to create security and predictability in residents' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the facility's resources and budget. Qualifications You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individual needs. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and experience with documentation. Experience working in health and care. Upper secondary education such as child and recreation program, health and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field. Driver's license. Meritorious if you also have: Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal interaction. Worked with complex support needs. Employment Terms Employment Type: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Position: 75-80% Scheduling: Irregular schedule Monday-Sunday, day, evening, and night shifts. Start Date: By mutual agreement; we view it positively if you can start soon. Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
