About the Work Activity Leader Role at Unika's Daily Activities As a work activity leader in our daily activities program, you will play an important role in creating a meaningful and developmental day for our service users. Your main responsibility is to provide support and guidance to participants, adapted to their individual needs and abilities. We work with clear pedagogical methods and low-conflict approaches to create safety and structure. Your duties will include supporting service users in their personal action plans and finding and exploring meaningful activities that promote their development and independence. You will also contribute to developing the program by participating in planning and follow-up together with colleagues. Qualifications You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a thoughtful way, and enjoy cooperating with colleagues. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individual needs. We place great importance on personal suitability. Requirements: • Excellent ability in Swedish, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license • Good computer skills and experience with documentation • Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group • Upper secondary education such as child and youth program, care and nursing program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field Meritorious if you also have: • Experience in psychiatry, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), and low-conflict approaches • Previous work as a work activity leader in daily activities • We place great importance on personal suitability Employment Terms Employment Type: Temporary/Permanent Position Position Level: 70-100% Work Hours: Daytime Start Date: By agreement; we welcome candidates who can start soon.
