Personal Assistant for Young Adult Woman in Västerås

We are looking for additional personal assistants to join the team supporting a young adult woman living in Västerås. This position offers varied working hours on a full-time or part-time basis, including day/evening/night shifts and weekend work according to agreement and needs. Thorough and good preparation with introductory shifts and support will be provided upon employment. We are seeking a new team member and personal assistant for this young woman with a good and serious employer. We are looking for someone who thinks long-term and wants to support and help this woman with most aspects of her daily life. As a person, you need to be enthusiastic, enjoy working with people, and be patient. You should be able to work both independently and in a group, be flexible, engaged, and responsible, and be completely smoke-free. She enjoys walking, cycling occasionally (tricycle), playing, puzzles, listening to music, swimming, and swinging, among other activities. It is therefore important that you yourself enjoy staying active both indoors and outdoors. It is also important that as her assistant, you have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The work is performed where the person lives, i.e., usually in her home and immediate surroundings, but also during various activities, outings, and shorter trips that may occur once you know her well. She lives in a villa with her family in her own part of the house, surrounded by nice, calm, and pleasant surroundings within Västerås. The position is part-time or full-time according to agreement based on needs. Working hours vary between daytime, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and occasionally some nights.
