As a personal assistant, you will provide individual support and care to persons who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. About the Position The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. We are now looking for someone who matches the following: willing to work with a man in his 30s living in Rättvik good knowledge of Swedish valid B-class driver's license It is also advantageous if you: have experience with similar work share the client's interests in hockey, TV series, and food Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Employment Level, and Salary: The current employment arrangement is "for the duration of the assignment" at approximately 12%, which means work on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM–8:30 AM each week. There is also the possibility of work during summer and fall, including overnight shifts and shorter morning shifts. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation in accordance with the collective agreement. Start Date: Immediately or by agreement.
