We are looking for staff for: Residential care day/evening/weekend shifts Personnel working day, evening, and weekend shifts at Skogsgården work in teams together with all professionals at the workplace. We will be implementing collaborative planning across all departments. Short-term care day/evening/weekend shifts Guests on the short-term care units can come from all social services departments, which means there may be significant variations in the guests' ages, illnesses, and care needs. We must be prepared to receive individuals with short notice and with great variation. Personnel working on the short-term care units work in teams together with all professionals at the workplace. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant at Skogsgården, you are a primary contact person, which means you have a central role in the care and support of residents/guests. The work is based on individual needs, care plans, and the facility's guidelines and objectives. You assist residents/guests with hygiene, medication, dressing/undressing, and social activities. The nursing assistant's responsibilities also include administering medication, etc., by delegation. Skogsgården operates based on a care philosophy where the approach is founded on: Person-centered/symptom-controlled care Teamwork Relationship/communication Family support We use continuous reflection in our work teams. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and preferably has experience working with individuals with cognitive impairment. We are looking for someone with personal maturity, flexibility, who takes responsibility and initiative in their work, and who has good collaboration skills and a positive approach. You must have good proficiency in communicating and speaking, writing, and reading the Swedish language. Great emphasis is placed on personal competence.
