We are looking for two employees for permanent positions and two for temporary assignments. Working hours are scheduled for day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend. With us, you will work to provide good service, create meaningful relationships, and contribute to improved quality of life for our clients. The position includes nursing care tasks and may also involve medical work tasks after delegation from a nurse. In your work, our documentation system Treserva is an important tool, where you read about clients' previous care services and document the services you have provided during the day. We work based on IBIC (the individual's needs at the center) with the individual's best interests in focus. Our work is also characterized by a salutogenic approach, which means focusing on what is healthy and bringing out the person's own abilities. For this position, the employment rate is at least 75%, but due to the right to full-time work as applied in Linköping Municipality, you have the opportunity to choose a higher employment rate up to full-time. Your Workplace We are seeking employees for two security housing facilities in Ljungsbro, located approximately 15 kilometers northwest of Linköping city center. Our security housing facilities, Härnebacken and Vretaliden, are centrally located in Ljungsbro and consist of 18 and 12 apartments respectively. Both facilities have good public transportation with bus stops approximately 100 meters from the workplace. In our operations, we have approximately 50 employees and work primarily in two teams. In addition to our security housing facilities, we provide home care services in Ljungsbro and Berg and surrounding areas. We travel by bicycle or on foot, as well as by car on beautiful country roads to visit our clients. You will work in a pleasant environment with proximity to the Göta Canal. About You We are seeking someone with experience working in care, support, and assistance, or alternatively with a completed upper secondary education combined with experience working in service. It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant, and if you also have experience from elderly care, that is a plus. Work within elderly care involves a lot of client contact and documentation, which means we require that you can communicate orally and in writing in Swedish. You have the ability to use digital tools in your work, and it is meritorious if you have experience documenting in medical record systems. It is a requirement that you can cycle, and it is meritorious if you have a Class B driver's license. As a person, you are self-directed and take responsibility for your tasks and drive your work forward. You also work well with other people and listen and communicate clearly. It is also important that you have empathic abilities, which means you can put yourself in others' perspectives and situations. This recruitment includes a language test.
