Job Responsibilities You work in a team where the elderly person is the focus and where you together contribute to providing a good quality of life and strengthening the resident's abilities. The work is based on the individual's needs/implementation plans, and on the organization's guidelines and goals. We work with a shared value foundation and increased participation and collaboration as a starting point. As a contact person, you are responsible for establishing and working according to the residents' implementation plans. Your job tasks include helping residents with what they cannot do themselves, for example hygiene, medication, dressing/undressing, and social togetherness and meals. A nursing assistant's job duties also include administering medication on delegation from a nurse. Daily work is planned in Senovic and documentation is done in the Combine management system. You participate in workplace meetings and ombudsman meetings. The work also includes contact with family members, unit managers, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. You contribute to a pleasant work environment. Qualifications Competencies we value at Mogården are cooperation ability, empathetic ability, flexibility, and clarity. We seek trained nursing assistants and care aides. We're looking for someone with experience in care and elderly services. You must have good skills in communicating and speaking, writing, and reading Swedish. You must take responsibility, be initiative-taking, be service-oriented, and have good cooperation skills. You must provide good care, be empathetic, and be able to provide good nursing care where the user is at the center. Meritorious are previous work experience in dementia care and experience working with low-affective care approaches. Some computer skills are important as we work with, among other things, record-keeping in data systems. More About the Position Permanent position, possibility of part-time work.
