The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: services for people with disabilities, home care and healthcare in the home, family and individual care, and care facilities.
Home care and healthcare in the home in Ulricehamns Municipality are responsible for services according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act.
Healthcare in the home has developed significantly in recent years and today offers both planned and acute healthcare services in patients' homes. We provide advanced care to patients of all ages with varying diagnoses and needs, from rehabilitation to end-of-life care.

DUTIES
As a nursing assistant or care aide at Central Home Care Services, you work together with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care to provide high-quality care and support. Your task is to perform nursing work based on approved services according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL).
The work is varied and includes providing personal care, performing delegated healthcare tasks, documenting, and assisting our care recipients in their homes. You always keep the individual's best interests in focus and work to create a safe, active, and meaningful daily life for those we are here to serve.
If you are a nursing assistant, you work with a fixed care contact, which means you have expanded responsibility for a number of care recipients. As a fixed care contact, you become a key person in creating continuity and security, and you contribute to each individual receiving the support they need.
QUALIFICATIONS
Do you have a genuine interest in people and want to make a real difference in daily life? Then you might be the person we are looking for for our team at Central Home Care Services.
It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant, but it is not a requirement for the position. It is also meritorious if you have prior experience from healthcare or similar work. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel confident working with digital tools.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, and has good empathetic abilities. You contribute to a positive work environment through your engaged approach and gladly cooperate with colleagues so that our users receive the best possible care and support.
To thrive with us, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in your work. You are responsible and solution-focused, and you combine the ability to work independently with being a team player. Work shifts are scheduled for day/evening and weekends.
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, and a Class B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
