Description:

We are now recruiting support assistants with nursing assistant certification to our SoL residential facility. A SoL residential facility is a home with special services according to the Social Services Act (SoL), where individuals receive personalized support in their daily lives with the goal of living as independently and meaningfully as possible. With us, elderly citizens with various diagnoses reside, which means that the need for support and assistance varies from person to person. The work is therefore varied and developmental, and requires flexibility, responsibility-taking, and genuine commitment. Each resident lives in their own apartment, which creates good conditions for independence and privacy. Adjacent to the apartments are common areas where social activities are organized, such as bingo games, coffee breaks, and shared meals. These occasions contribute to community, participation, and a meaningful everyday life. We are currently a team of ten support assistants who work closely together with a shared focus on quality, collaboration, and professional conduct. With us, it is important to support each other within the work group and contribute to a positive and secure work environment. The facility operates in modern and pleasant premises that are still relatively new. This creates a bright and comfortable environment for both residents and staff. The facility currently operates on a laundry schedule with varying work hours between 07:00 and 21:00 on weekdays and weekends. Night shifts occur. Work hours may change based on the facility's needs and conditions.
