We are seeking an engaged and confident nursing assistant for our home care service. Work in home care is varied and can involve rapid changes. Your Role The work consists of care tasks adapted to the individual, performed in the client's own home such as personal care and service provision. You will also work with delegated health and medical care tasks. The work requires independence but you should also have good cooperation skills and actively participate in teamwork around the service user. The work includes fixed care contact/contact person role for service users, you are expected to be able to build a secure and sustainable relationship. This also means you plan and follow up on approved services together with the service user. Your responsibility also includes contacting family members and other professionals when needed. Your work includes ongoing documentation and responsibility for ensuring that implementation plans are created, followed up, and revised. Documentation is part of the work and experience with smartphones is necessary as we use the phone as a work tool. We work based on the social welfare administration's shared values with a professional and rehabilitative approach in the service user's own home. The service user's self-determination and integrity are central to the care situation. We work across unit boundaries when needed. This means you will be introduced to several units. This requires you to be flexible and have strong cooperation skills. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evening, and weekends. Your Knowledge and Experience You must be able to provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare with the protected professional title of Nursing Assistant or a service certificate with ongoing permanent employment with the title Nursing Assistant. Experience of similar work is desirable. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You must be able to provide a valid extract from the police's crime record register. A driver's license can be shown together with a personal certificate obtained from skatteverket.se using Bank-ID, which we can do at a scheduled interview. Access to mobile BankID for use, as it is required for verification in our operational systems. B-Driver's license (must be shown) and cycling experience are required. You are engaged and driven in work to give the service user a meaningful everyday life by creating meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability. You are calm and confident and have the ability to plan the activities of your work shift and can quickly adapt and change services based on changed circumstances.
