Your Responsibilities We are looking for someone who, through good interpersonal skills and professional work methods, supports individuals who have medical alert devices at home in their daily lives. With us, you work by answering alerts and work in people's own homes, assisting individuals who have been approved for medical alert services, where no two days are the same. Therefore, you need to be confident in meeting many different people in various situations. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. About You We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant with experience working in healthcare and elderly care. When working with medical alert services, driving occurs throughout Umeå Municipality, and therefore a Class B driver's license is required for this position. To be able to communicate with service users, family members, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. As a person, you enjoy working independently and have good computer skills. You are stress-resilient, attentive, and empathetic. You have strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. Your interaction with individuals requires good competence based on personal suitability, maturity, and empathetic ability. You demonstrate strong commitment to both the individual and the organization in all relationships and actions. We therefore place great emphasis on personal suitability. Heavy lifting occurs; lifting aids must be used. As there may be animals and smoking in the workplace, you should not have allergies.
