Your Responsibilities
We are seeking someone who, through good interpersonal skills and a professional approach, assists individuals who have safety alarms at home in their daily lives. With us, you work by answering alarms and working in clients' own homes, helping individuals who have been granted safety alarms, where no two days are the same. Therefore, you need to be confident in meeting many different people in different situations.
Working hours are arranged during days, evenings, and weekends.
About You
We are seeking someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has experience working in health and care. When working with the safety alarm service, driving occurs throughout Umeå Municipality, and therefore a Class B driver's license is required for this position. To be able to communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation, you must have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
As a person, you enjoy working independently and have good computer skills. You are stress-resilient, attentive, and empathetic. You have a strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. Your interaction with individuals requires good competence based on personal suitability, maturity, and empathetic ability. You demonstrate great commitment to both the individual and the operation in all relationships and actions. We therefore place great importance on personal suitability.
Heavy lifting occurs; lifting aids must be used. As there may be animals and smoking in the workplace, you should not have allergies.
