About Villa Soldalen In September 2023, Vardaga opened the newly built senior residence Villa Soldalen, located in Eketånga near Söndrum in Halmstad. Villa Soldalen offers permanent housing with a focus on both somatic care and dementia care. The facility has 60 apartments in total. The facility features common areas such as a banquet hall and a small roof terrace, a large garden with cultivation opportunities, and possibilities for both relaxation and activities. Through our holistic elderly care concept, The Good Day, we provide our residents with individualized care based on compassion, integrity, and choice. You have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the facility. Becoming a team leader is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We incorporate animals in our care and regularly have therapy dogs visiting. We continuously work to organize new and exciting activities for our residents. Raquel Castaneda Your Experience and Knowledge We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare and have worked for several years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also merits. We would like you to have good knowledge of health and medical care. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
