We are now seeking nursing assistants for permanent positions as well as temporary assignments, where you get the opportunity to participate in and develop the future of elderly care. Vikhaga is a specialized residential facility in picturesque Viken. The facility has 47 apartments divided into two departments. We organize many activities for our service users; we have a beautiful courtyard where we grill and have outdoor coffee breaks. As a nursing assistant at Vikhaga, you provide care, help, and support to service users based on their individual needs and create a meaningful daily life. The job tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. We are seeking two employees for permanent positions and two employees for temporary assignments. The temporary assignments start September 28, 2026, and run through April 30, 2027. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience working in elderly care. As a person, we see that you are dedicated, cooperative, and flexible. Like us, you are passionate about elderly care and find it exciting; you want to make a difference for the residents at Vikhaga specialized residential facility. To succeed in your work, you enjoy working together in a team that highlights each other's strengths. You are professional, attentive, and responsible. You communicate well and interact with others naturally, and you have a desire to perform your work with high quality. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Recruitment is ongoing! Employment form: Permanent position. Duration: Start date 28/9 or by agreement. If you are called for an interview, you will need to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by providing evidence that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit. At the time of the interview, you must demonstrate your citizenship by bringing a valid ID together with a certificate of residence from Skatteverket.
