Vifolkagårdens Care Home is located in Mantorp, where we focus on creating a meaningful life for residents through good care and support in close collaboration with various professionals. We work extensively with quality and development and constantly strive to improve the care home. The facility consists of five units and has 46 apartments. Two units are dementia care and three are general care units. We also have two apartments for respite care. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant at Vifolkagårdens Care Home, you base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a salutogenic perspective. The nursing assistant role mainly involves working in an engaged and active way with nursing care and rehabilitation training as well as daily rehabilitation to ensure residents have a secure, comfortable and meaningful life. Your tasks include delegated healthcare duties as well as documentation, and you will be an active participant in our development work. The role also largely consists of social interaction with residents where you are expected to support various daily activities. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires that you: • are a trained and qualified nursing assistant • are fluent in Swedish both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you also have: • worked in a structured manner with written documentation, incident reports, implementation plans, quality, procedures and quality registers • experience with the Lifecare documentation system.
