Nursing Assistants for the Care and Support Team

We are now looking for two nursing assistants who want to be part of our team and contribute with knowledge, compassion, and a rehabilitative approach. With us, you work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists in a team where everyone's expertise is important for creating the best possible conditions for each individual. About the Position You will work in the Care and Support Team, which is a nursing assistant group that ensures safe discharge from the hospital for users who live in ordinary housing. We work in close collaboration with Trädgårdens elderly care center short-term housing and with the home care teams. In your role as a nursing assistant, you will contribute to creating safety, participation, and independence for the users. The work is varied and includes both care services and rehabilitative work. Your Responsibilities Perform care and support services based on the individual's needs. Work with a daily rehabilitative approach to strengthen the individual's independence. Participate in assessments of activity capacity and need for continued support. Perform delegated health and medical care tasks according to the nurse's instructions. Document according to applicable guidelines. Collaborate with other professionals to create good and coherent care and support. Provide support and relief to family members. During evening and weekend work hours, we have on-call duties in digital systems regarding hospital discharges and key management in home care. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and enjoy working both independently and together with others. You have a genuine interest in elderly care and see the possibilities in supporting people to live as independently as possible, even when their life situation changes. Qualifications Trained nursing assistant. Experience with a daily rehabilitative work approach. Good documentation practices. Ability to plan and structure your work. Good collaboration skills. B-Category Driver's License To be employed with the title Nursing Assistant and paid as a nursing assistant, you must present the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's professional certificate or demonstrate that you have had a permanent employment with the title nursing assistant since July 1, 2023.
