About the Position
We are now recruiting nursing assistants for care and senior services, with placements at our senior living facilities. In this role, you will daily contribute to creating value for people. Your daily work has great variety, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the quality of life for those we care for.
At our senior living facilities, your responsibilities will include providing care for the elderly and working according to each resident's individual care plan as per the Social Services Act, covering both daily care and social activities. Delegation of certain healthcare tasks from the patient-responsible nurse may occur. Three of our senior living facilities are located in central Tidaholm, and one facility is located 8 km outside Tidaholm in Ekedalen.
Your responsibilities also include documenting and registering completed services and performing health and healthcare services based on delegation from licensed personnel.
These positions are permanent full-time employment covering day/evening/weekend shifts, with start dates as soon as possible or by agreement.
Qualifications
We are seeking you if you are a trained nursing assistant and can provide certification of your protected professional title. Experience working in elderly care and previous delegation for medication and insulin administration are merits. Instructor training and experience with Lifecare are merits.
Basic IT skills and computer proficiency are required, as computers/smartphones are used for documentation and registration. Since a large part of your responsibilities involves communication and documentation, good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing are required.
As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and stress-resilient. You should have a good ability to work independently. To thrive in this role, you need a genuine interest in working with people and therefore demonstrate good and respectful conduct toward both colleagues and those we care for. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
