Furuliden is a pleasant residential care facility located in the heart of Moheda. Following an extensive renovation, we are now embarking on the next exciting phase as two new units open at the turn of the year. We are now seeking 15 nursing assistants who want to be part of this from the start.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is an opportunity for you to be involved in building up operations together with new colleagues. With us, you'll help shape routines, work methods, and collaborations while contributing to developing the quality of care.
As a nursing assistant, you are an important part of creating safety, care, and quality of life for the elderly. You are someone who sees the person behind the needs and meets each individual with respect and warmth. In your daily work, you provide support based on each person's needs, for example:
• assist with getting up and going to bed
• assist with meals
• perform delegated health and care services
• encourage and participate in activities
An important part of your role is collaborating with colleagues, nurses, and other professionals at the facility. Together you plan the day and support each other when needed, especially during more demanding shifts. You also maintain contact with family members and help create a sense of security for them as well.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Are trained as a nursing assistant or have equivalent education
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are engaged, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Enjoy collaboration and want to contribute to the development of the operation
Experience in care work and knowledge of dementia are meriting qualifications, but we welcome both those new to the profession and those with extensive experience.
