We are now looking for three reliable, positive and responsible nursing assistants for our special residential facility Tapiren. Tapiren's residence is centrally located in Kristinehamn and has 60 apartments distributed over three floors. Kristinehamn's special residential facilities are part of the support, care and welfare administration, an operation that works every day to provide elderly and people with disabilities the support, care and rehabilitation they need. WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of providing support in everyday life, for example with personal care, meals and activities. You contribute to enabling our tenants to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible. Your work is also about creating a safe and meaningful existence where quality of life is at the center. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work with your work group to create a climate where you and your colleagues work towards common goals and always with the user in focus. We work from a person-centered approach and with fixed care contacts. You should be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner. Pool tours and night shifts are included. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or who is in the final stages of your nursing assistant education. It is important that you can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish as language is our main tool, as well as in accordance with documentation requirements. We see it as an advantage if you have a B driver's license as pool tours are part of the job and if you have advanced training in dementia care.
