We are now looking for new nursing assistants who want to be part of our wonderful team. These are permanent positions with 100% employment. Your working hours will be arranged for day, evening, and every other weekend. As an employee at Tannefors home care, you will be the primary care contact for our clients and be responsible for designing and following up on their implementation plans. Your presence and engagement contribute to creating a familiar and secure atmosphere where care and service are provided in line with clients' wishes. The work includes both social activities and practical care tasks. You work closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists in multidisciplinary teams to ensure that each service user receives the help and support they need. We work based on IBIC (Individual Needs at Center) and a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on bringing out the service user's own abilities and recognizing their strengths. Your Workplace At the Care and Services Administration in Linköping Municipality, there are approximately 1,200 permanent employees and a large number of temporary staff. Linköping Municipality has long and well-established experience in care services for our elderly residents. We operate from our central supported living facility and travel on foot or by bike to our service users in Tannefors and Hejdegården. Here you'll have a fun job with great variety, from social activities to qualified care in clients' homes. The supported living facility consists of 36 apartments, a restaurant, and a meeting place where activities are organized most days of the week. About You We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and consider it a merit if you are trained as a specialist nursing assistant. We want you to have experience working or interning within care, support, and services. Work in elderly care involves extensive client contact and documentation, which means we require that you can communicate orally and in writing in Swedish. We consider it advantageous if you also have knowledge of sign language. You have the ability to use digital tools in your work and you can ride a bike. Having a B driver's license is also considered a merit for the position. We are looking for you who are self-driven, responsible, and have the ability to see the world through others' eyes.
