Nursing Assistants at Skyttegillet - 2 Night Shifts

Skyttegillet is our newest care and residential facility in Hudiksvall Municipality, which became ready for occupancy in February 2025. Skyttegillet consists of a total of eight units and together we are 82 employees and three unit managers. We have a total of 96 apartments distributed across these units, which are equipped with patient lifts, kitchenettes with refrigerators, and bathrooms with personal laundry equipment. Common areas are located adjacent to the apartments, and the facility also has an auditorium and fitness room. At Skyttegillet, collaboration is an important guiding principle for us. We are now seeking nursing assistants for two night shifts. As a nursing assistant, you will be based on one of our units where you will also have your main area of responsibility. We value flexibility and would like to see you be able to work across Skyttegillet when needed. Responsibilities Provide person-centered care and services of high quality. Participate in establishing and following up on care plans in close collaboration with residents. Perform cleaning and laundry tasks. Document according to the Social Services Act in the Treserva system. Handle deviations in the Treserva and Stella systems. Motivate and stimulate residents based on their needs and wishes. Contribute to the development of operations and your own working methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has experience in care and support work. You have good knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself fluently in both speech and writing. As a person, you have a good ability to interact with people from different backgrounds, needs, and circumstances. You can read and understand people with impaired cognition and have experience working with BPSD-related issues. You need to be able to read and understand documentation and prescriptions, and document according to both the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. You collaborate easily, are attentive and empathetic. You listen, communicate, and handle conflicts in a constructive manner. You take responsibility for your work team's development and actively contribute to a good working environment. You are flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to changed circumstances. Furthermore, you are calm, stable, and have good self-awareness. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Selection may take place on an ongoing basis. We welcome your application!
